Terms of service

Version of 12 October 2026 · Draft pending legal review.

Who we are

Sensy (sensy.page) is provided by Weekshot Sp. z o.o., Poland («we»). Contact: [email protected].

The service

Files you save. A video or a picture made with Sensy is created on your device; you decide whom to send it to, and you are responsible for it. Links carry only symbols and ready phrases.

Sensy lets you create living messages and letters and share them by link or QR code. It is free for personal, non-commercial use. Businesses may use Sensy commercially (for example, offering messages with their products) only under a separate partner agreement with us; for partners, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sensy.

Your content

You are responsible for what you create and send. Do not use Sensy for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or threatening, for sexual content involving minors, for content that infringes other people’s rights, or for other people’s personal data without their consent.

Links are public: anyone who has a link can view the message. Do not send secrets.

We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and restrict access in cases of abuse.

Licence

You keep the rights to your content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and display it solely to provide the service, including to the people you share the link with.

Availability

Sensy is provided «as is». We do not promise that a message or a link will stay available for any particular period.

Sensy depends on third-party services (hosting, network, sign-in). If they fail or change, messages and links may become unavailable, temporarily or permanently. We may change or discontinue the service.

Deleting

You can delete the messages you sent from «Mine» on the device you sent them from, or ask us at the contact address.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, including towards consumers.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Changes

We publish changes on this page with a new version date. If you keep using Sensy after a change, the new terms apply.
